GENERAL PAYMENT RULES

• I only accept payment via PayPal in EURO and payment via Points (1,10€ = 100 :points: )

• You have a 24h time frame after my confirmation to pay

• Refunds are not possible regardless of how long it will take. I will only refund you if I personally feel like I can't finish your commission/custom.

• NEW! - Holds are possible for up to a week. A 10% deposit has to be made beforehand if you request a hold longer than 3 days. The deposit is non refundable in case you drop the hold

• If you choose a payment-plan you have to stick to the time frame we agreed on otherwise you get a warning. Please contact me if you need an extension or want to cancel the plan.

• In case you can't/don't want to finish the payment plan, all previous payments are non-refundable!

• Please do not commission artwork or try to resell the adopt before you finished the payment plan

• Please don't send over payments before I tell you! All payments done without my confirmation WON'T be refunded! You have been warned!

• When paying with points via the "Commission widget" you CAN NOT resell adopts for 2 weeks. This does not apply to gifted/donated points.

• I only accept upfront payment. Only for purchases over 200€ you have the option to make a 50% deposit before I start and pay the other half afterwards. Deposits can not be refunded if you choose to cancel your purchase

COMMERCIAL USE

​

• My work may not be used commercially without my permission

• If you plan to sell products that contain characters I sold to you, there will be a fee of 20%.

• If you commission artwork specifically for digital products (for example, talk sprites or illustrations for visual novels) there will be a fee based on the size of the project. 

• Using my artwork for clothing, accessories etc. is strictly forbidden. On further clarification on what this includes please contact me.

• Even commercially used work MUST be credited

ADOPTS

 

• Before bidding or claiming an adopt please make 100% sure that you can pay

• Users with an account less than 3 months old are not able to purchase my adopts unless you moved accounts or use an alternate account (proof will be needed)

• Your bid will only be accepted if you reply the currently highest bid. Otherwise it will be ignored.

• Hiding your bid will result in you getting a warning and a suspension on buying adopts for 2 month. Ignoring this rule a second time will lead to a permanent ban on all my services!

• The same as above will happen if you don't pay in the set time-frame.

• Reselling my adopts is allowed if you sell it for less or the same amount you bought it for. Traded/gifted adopts can not be resold.

• Reselling your adopt for a higher price than you bought is only allowed if you sell it with artwork you PAID for. If it comes with gifted/traded artwork you may only sell it for the original price.

• If you are not satisfied with your adopt anymore there will be no refund. This is applies to mystery adopts as well!

• Stealing, tracing and copying are not allowed (Obviously...)

• Re-uploading the adopt artwork to any platform other than Toyhou.se/Sta.sh is forbidden. Please credit if you decide to upload it there (MissBlubb @ TH)

COMMISSIONS

• Ponies

• Fetishes I'm not comfortable with (ask for clarification)

• Too extreme body types (Overly muscular of fat etc.)

• Overly complicated armor

• Offensive characters

• I only accept commissions requested by e-mail or DM on Twitter/Instagram/DeviantART unless specified different in the commission post.

• My commissions are not first come, first served. I may decline your commission if I don't feel comfortable drawing the character you requested since I don't want the quality of the piece to suffer due to me not feeling comfortable drawing them.

• The only people who are allowed to use the commissioned artwork are me and the client (in cases that involve characters of others, they may get permission too)

• My style is always changing so please be aware that you commission piece may look different than one I made a month ago

• Commissions paid via points will be started AFTER I was able to transfer the points to PayPal, meaning after 2 weeks

• When commissioning me please have a colored, high quality reference ready. I won't work with black & white references or text descriptions. Also please note that if the reference is shaded I might not get the colors spot on so for maximum accuracy please provide a palette.

• Refunds asked by you are not possible. Only in the most urgent of urgent cases I can refund you

• Refunds or re-drawing of the piece due to it not looking like you imagined are not possible. You can request changes when I send you the WIP at the sketching stage but after this no further changes will be made.

• I try my best to reproduce every detail of your character but sometimes it won't be possible. I will inform you about such things before I start with the commission

• In other cases it won't be possible because the reference you provided wasn't clear enough so please make sure you provide a detailed reference

• If your strict about one of your characters details than please tell me so upfront! I wont be responsible for this missing detail if you don't tell me!

• The only times I will refund you is when I think I can't finish your commission, it gives me an art block or something urgent happens in my personal life

• I won't send out un-watermarked versions. EVER!

• Please allow a minimum of 1 month after your payment for a commission (1,5 months if paid with points) for me to finish it. It's possible for you to request me to prioritize your commission and finish it until a specific deadline (a small fee will be charged)

• Re-uploading the artwork on platforms is only allowed if VISIBLE credit is given in form of a link to my Twitter

IF YOU FAIL TO FOLLOW ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES YOU RISK GETTING A WARNING AND A 2 MONTH SUSPENSION FROM ALL MY SERVICES. IGNORING MY RULES A SECOND TIME WILL RESULT IN A PERMANENT BAN!
